A pleasant room temperature of around 30 degrees Celsius means that you can stay as long as you wish, an underlying prerequisite for any deep relaxation process.
The Aqua Meditation Room is an ideal and extremely harmonious, soothing setting, where you can truly let yourself "go".

The Finnish Sauna activates your metabolism and detoxifies your body.
The sauna reflects a philosophy towards life itself. At a temperature of 94°C, the metabolism is activated and the body frees itself through the skin of the toxins which accumulate during daily life. Before and after your session in the sauna, we recommend taking hot & cold foot baths. Length of Session: 5 - 15 minutes. Rest Period: 30 - 35 min.
Our Bio Sauna combines the benefits of a Finnish sauna with those of a steam bath !
In pleasant temperatures ranging from 50 to 60 degrees C, you will discover optimal relaxation.
The Bio Sauna is very popular since it is particularly soothing for the cardio-vascular system.
Our steam bath features a saltwater nebulizer, places minimal stresses on the cardiovascular system and regenerates the respiratory passages.
Sweating in the steam bath cleanses your skin and makes it soft to the touch.
With a temperature of around 45 degrees C, a sauna session always proves very pleasant.
We recommend spending 15 to 20 minutes.
Our Aroma Grotto, when combined with a variety of light therapies, gives your body renewed energy.
At a pleasant 50 degrees C, you will be able to completely relax and succumb to the pleasant fragrances.
